In the latest episode of The Next Up Podcast we talked about some key questions that all leaders should be asking. Those questions covered a range of different topics. Some were questions the leader should be asking themselves and others were topics the leader should be asking those that they lead.

What’s the Next Best Thing?
What do you do when you don’t know what to do? Do the next best thing.
What do you do when you’re overwhelmed and cant’ see the end? Do the next best thing.
What do you do when God doesn’t seem to be speaking and leading you in any direction? Do the next best thing.
What do you do when you’re being mistreated or misunderstood? Do the next best thing.
What’s the best thing you can do next. You may not know what the future holds, you may not know all of the vision God is unfolding, but you can make a decision on what’s next and get to it.
You see, too many leaders people too often get overwhelmed by what lies ahead and fail to move forward because of it.
The project looks too big.
The organization seems too far gone.
The relationship seems over.
Do the next best thing.
Get started.
Take small steps.
Move forward.
You may just find what’s next.
