Arms That Hold the Universe

I’ve had Fee’s song “Arms That Hold the Universe” on repeat for a week now.

It’s one of those songs that has the ability to speak to you during your best or worst days…
When things aren’t going our way.
When we’ve messed it up.
When we’re left asking “why?”.
When we are celebrating God’s work in our lives.
When we’re seeking direction.
I never get tired of hearing how the same God that created, sustains, and holds the world has me in His care.
I never get tired of hearing how the same God that controls the actions of nature loves me and calls me His child.

No matter what you’re going through today, no matter if you feel like you are flourishing, or you feel like you are drowning, let these words encourage you!
And the arms that hold the universe
Are holding you tonight
You can rest inside
It’s gonna be alright
And the voice that calmed the raging sea
Is calling you His child
So be still and know He’s in control
He will never let you go
