If The Movies Were Real Life…
I can across this post the other day on CNN.com.
If you haven’t heard, a cruise ship some how found its way onto dry land. It didn’t dock at a port, it just kinda ran aground. The result was a cruise ship full of paniced people. In fact, there were actually some deaths from it.
The article says that…
The worst part came when a lifeboat crew member told everyone “women and children first,” Smith said. “All these families who were clinging to each other had to be separated,” he added.
Dang!
Not words you wanna hear while on a crashed cruise ship.
Seems like a scene straight out of Titanic.
Which brings me to my question today…
What movie would you LEAST like to be a part of it it played out in real life?
I think Titanic may be on the top of my list!
MillennialLeader.com Blast Off!
Just wanted to post really quickly and let you know about a new project that just launched today.
It’s called MillennialLeader.com.
Now, don’t freak out and say, “I’m not a millennial” or “I’m not a leader.”
You are a leader and it can still impact you even if you’re not a millennial (20 something).
The point of the web-site is to start conversations among the community about the things that we all need work on or need info on. We’re not gonna be experts, but we plan to tap into the community and become experts as we learn together.
So,
humor me and head on over and join the community or subscribe or just follow us on twitter.
Anticipating 2012
As I head in to 2012, one word keeps coming into my mind…
Anticipation.
I’m anticipating…
- God to seem more present in my life than ever before.
- God allowing me to reap what I’ve sown.
- God doing more than I could have ever asked for or imagined.
- God giving me opportunities to impact the world around me like never before.
What are you anticipating in 2012?
