Yesterday, I wrote a post about letting who you are determine where you’re going. I recently spoke on this topic and had a list of scriptures that shed some light on who we are as believers in Christ.

1 Peter 2:9 – A Royal Priesthood, holy nation, people belonging to God
Ephesians 2:10 – We are God’s workmanship
Ephesians 1:4-5 – We’re adopted as his sons through Jesus
John 1:12-13 - To all who received him, he gave right to be Children of God
John 15:15 – Jesus calls us ‘friend’
Galatians 3:26-27 – We are Sons of God through faith in Jesus
Ephesians 2:19 – We’re not foreigners members of God’s household
1 Thessalonians 5:5 – We are Sons of the light
Philippians 3:20 – Our citizenship is in heaven
1 Corinthians 3:16 – We’re God’s temple
