iOS Apps for A New Year

This isn’t an iPhone or iOS blog, but I thought I’d highlight just a few apps that I use that I thought would be useful to you in 2012. This may help you actually complete some of those New Year resolutions. :)

Many of these are free or just a couple of dollars (links are itunes links).

Feedly – Feed your mind. Get the best content from your favorite websites delivered to your iPhone and iPad. Powered by Google Reader, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Instapaper and Read it later.

Feedler RSS Reader – Feeddler is a fast and highly customizable Google Reader client that stays perfect sync with Google and presents RSS stories in an easy-to-read interface. Feeddler is a universal app that supports iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads.

Remember the Milk – Take your to-do list anywhere with this feature-packed app; never forget the milk (or anything else) again. Remember The Milk (RTM) for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad connects with the popular online service of the same name.

Evernote – Evernote turns the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad into an extension of your brain, helping you remember anything and everything that happens in your life.

Buffer – Buffer for iPhone lets you easily add Tweets to your Buffer on the move. With Buffer you can add a lot of tweets into your queue of Buffered Tweets, without flooding your followers.

Men’s Health No Weight Workouts – Featuring step-by-step instructions, high quality photos, and advanced logging features, MEN’S HEALTH ULTIMATE NO-WEIGHT WORKOUTS makes it easier than ever to burn fat faster, strengthen your core, and sculpt a six-pack – all without stepping foot in a gym.

OK, Add your own. What apps can help us accomplish our goals in 2012?

  1. Great post! I like the following apps:

Zite – Also a news gathering app
Echofon – Twitter App (very easy to use)
    Flipboard – News gathering app

I have several others I enjoy but not necessarily “goal” type apps though.
