Relationships Matter: Why you matter to me

Relationships matter.

It really is that simple.

When we build and grow relationships, we become much more trustworthy, much more dependable, and much more effective.

People matter.

It really is that simple.

They’re the ones that we’re wanting to influence (for more on that, read this post), sell to, or reach out to.

It’s important that no matter our end goal,
we spend time on what matters…

That we’re intentional about developing relationships,
with people.

It’s not just something that happens without becoming a priority first.

No matter what you’re doing…

  • Leading
  • Social networking
  • Ministry
  • Evangelism
  • Discipleship
  • Management
  • Teaching
  • Studying
  • Raising money

Focus on relationships.
Make time for them.
Let your team take time to build them.

It may be messy,
it may not be easy,

But it’s effective.

What things do you do to build relationships?
