I’ve been noticing something over the last few months. It may just be me, but customer service in most businesses has become a point of emphasis. It seems like people have begun to turn back to personal relationships when they are having to spend their money.
Melissa and I have a restaurant that we go to at least once a week. This little Mexican restaurant survives in a small town because of their customer service (that and great food!). As I talked to the owner a few days ago, I could tell that this was something that he believed in.
How is the church’s customer service? How do we do at making people feel welcome and wanting what we have? How do we do at making people want to come back because their needs were met?
